Reservations

Rooms

  • A minimum of 2 nights is required on weekends in high season, certain exceptions are granted depending on availability.
  • A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay is required to secure your reservation.

Suites, Coolboxes and Teepees

  • A minimum of 2 nights is required at all times.
  • A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay is required to secure your reservation.

Cottages

  • A minimum of 2 nights is required at all times.
  • A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay is required to secure your reservation.

Cancelation

Rooms

  • Cancellation free of charge 72 hours before the arrival date of the stay, less than 72 hours the 50% deposit is non-refundable
  • Exception: for any stay between December 23 and January 5 and construction weeks, cancellation is free of charge 14 days before the arrival date, less than 14 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Suites, Coolboxes and Teepees

  • Cancellation free of charge 7 days before the arrival date of the stay, less than 7 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable
  • Exception: for any stay between December 23 and January 5 and construction weeks, cancellation is free of charge 14 days before the arrival date, less than 14 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Cottages

  • Cancellation free of charge 14 days before the arrival date of the stay, less than 14 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable
  • Exception: for any stay between December 23 and January 5 and construction weeks, cancellation is free of charge 30 days before the arrival date, less than 30 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Rooms, Suite, Coolbox and Teepees

Your unit is guaranteed for 4 p.m.
When possible, rooms will be available between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. free of charge.

Cottages

Your unit is guaranteed for 4 p.m.

Free WiFi in each rental unit and public areas.

Tips

The tip will be added to the billing for the stay or meal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, cash, gift certificate and origin card.

The taxes

The lodging tax of 3.5% per night is applicable to all rentals of less than 30 days, we will apply the GST of 5% and the QST of 9.75% to all sales.

Cleaning and damage

  • The customer undertakes to cover the costs incurred and will be responsible for loss or damage to the premises (room, chalet, teepee, coolbox or other facilities) and their contents.
  • The customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $200 if an odor of cigarettes, drugs, cigars, or other is perceptible in the room.
  • The guest agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $100 if additional cleaning of the room is necessary for any reason.
