Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome you and your pet to our establishment. For the comfort of all guests, we will accept your pet under certain conditions.

• He will have to weigh under 80 pounds or 36 kilos.
• One (1) animal per room, if more than one animal, the decision will remain at the discretion of the administration. (maximum two)
• Expenses of $30.00 plus taxes per night per dog will be apply.
• Inform our team when booking that you will be accompanied by your pet during your stay.
• Rooms available for that type of booking are located at the ground floor, in the cottages, the teepees and the Coolbox.
• As an owner you are fully responsible for your pet.
• Exotic animals are not tolerated.

 Terms and conditions:

• The safety of all guests, as well as the staff, will never be compromised by the presence of your pet.
• He will be kept on a leash or in a cage when travelling anywhere on the site.
• You will notify the front desk if you leave your pet alone in the room.
• The tranquility of the guests will not be disturbed by the presence of your pet. Regular barking will not be tolerated.
• The condition of the room furniture and the bedding must not be affected by the presence of your pet. You will incur any additional costs caused by damage done by your pet.
• In addition, if your pet soils the floor, towels or bedding, cleaning fees of 100.00$ will be automatically added to the credit card registered with your reservation.
• He is not allowed at the restaurant, at the pool and spa.
• Your pet will be tolerated at the beach under your supervision on a leash. If, however, we have complaints from other customers, we will be obliged to ask you to leave the beach.
• If your pet disturbs other guests and we must ask you to leave the premises, no refund will be possible.

The management of the hostel reserves always the right to revoke the right of residence of your pet, if one or more of these terms and conditions are not respected.
